Paradesi has been nominated in the London International Filmmaker’s film festival. The movie, which was directed and produced by Bala, was based upon the novel ‘Red Tea’ written by Dr. P.H Daniel. The director has made movies like Sethu, Nandha, Pithamagan and Naan Kadavul which has won numerous awards. He has also bagged the National Film Awards for the Best Direction for his work in Naan Kadavul.
 

Paradesi has Adharvaa Murali, Vedhika and Dhansika in the lead. G.V Prakash is the music director for the film and the camera was helmed by Chezhiyan.
