The Jayam Ravi starrer Nimirndhu Nil is proceeding at a steady pace, with 75% of the shooting already completed. But the team still has 50 to 60 days of shooting left. Since director Samuthirakani is making this into a Tamil-Telugu bilingual, the project is demanding hefty dates from the lead pair. Our inside sources inform us that this date allotment is proving to be a major challenge for the team.

However, the upcoming schedules are being planned to be shot at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore and Chennai. GV Prakash’s music for the film is expected to release by the end of 2013 say our sources close to the unit. We are also informed that this film would be a mid 2014 release.

Nimirndhu Nil has Jayam Ravi and Amala Paul doing the lead roles and Sarath Kumar, Soori, Meghana Raj, ‘Neeya Naana’ Gopinath, Subbu Panchu and Badava Gopi in other central characters. Produced by Vasan Visual Ventures, the film has cinematography by Sukumar and editing by AL Ramesh.
