For his upcoming film Dhruva Natchathiram, Gautham Menon is facing a tricky challenge in terms of casting the right heroine. Reports are suggesting that this action film will require the leading lady to play a school girl.

Earlier there were talks of Trisha being approached and then the attention shifted to Amala Paul. The latest buzz surrounding this topic is that Thulasi Nair’s name has been thrown into the hat and the fact that she has just cleared her 10^th standard should make her an ideal choice for the role.

However a lot of factors are being considered before the final call is taken, and one of the key elements being the Suriya factor. It will be interesting to see if Samantha enters this race as she convincingly pulled off the role of a school girl in GVM’s Neethane En Ponvasantham, and if she does score this deal it will be her second film with Suriya along with the announced Lingusamy project.
