Simha's performances in Soodhu Kavvum and Neram are definitely noteworthy. The actor is now apparently doing a different role in Jigarthanda which is directed by Karthik Subburaj, the director of Pizza.

When behindwoods correspondent spoke to the actor he was extremely happy to talk about his new venture.
 

“I feel Jigarthanda will be a turning point in my career. I have played a very important character in the movie. The shoot is completely happening in Madurai and is almost over with only ten percent remaining.”
 

Siddharth is playing the lead role in Jigarthanda opposite Lakshmi Menon who is playing the female lead. It is speculated that Vijay Sethupathi would be playing a role in the movie. Santhosh Narayanan has composed the music and Gavemic U Ary is the cinematographer.
 

When asked about his future projects, this is what the actor had to say.
 

“I have not thought of any other projects yet. Right now I want to give Jigarthanda my best shot. However, I would really be interested in acting in the films Mundasu Patti and V Chithiram”
 

It should be noted that Mundasu Patti and V Chithiram are movies that will come under the joint banner of Thirukumaran Entertainment and Fox Star Studios.
