Post his successful Pizza, director Karthik Subbaraj has high expectations riding on him. He kicked off his second project Jigarthanda two months back and wanted to finish it in a single schedule. As planned the shoot is going on at a steady pace and is on schedule.
 

There have been reports recently suggesting that the film has been wrapped up. But the director has confirmed that the only 75% of the movie has been canned. However, Siddharth, as he announced in his twitter page, has completed his portions in the film and might be asked to join the team again for some patch works in the end of the shoot.
 

Lakshmi Menon pairs up with Siddharth for the first time and Prathap Pothen, Karunakaran, Simhaa and Guru Somasundaran stars in supporting role. Santosh Narayan is scoring music for the film.
