Youth icon and actor Nani can also be a typical fan, who goes nuts when he sees his idols. Earlier, during the audio launch of Neethane En Ponvasantham, when the actor was called onstage, he rushed towards Ilayaraja and got an autograph from the legend. The actor also said that he would treasure that forever.

Recently, Nani got another dream of his realized. He was shooting for the Tamil-Telugu remake of Band Baaja Baarat and to his surprise Kamal Haasan was also shooting for his Vishwaroopam 2 in a nearby set.

Being a diehard fan of Kamal, who Nani says is the reason for him to stay in cinema, he rushed to the sets of Vishwaroopam 2 to take a photograph with Kamal and get his invaluable autograph. It was a surprise for the young actor, when Kamal himself welcomed Nani into the sets and had a little chat with him.

Kamal was supposedly aware of Nani’s works and cheered the actor on his steady growth. “He introduced me to his heroine and told her how my name has different meanings in Tamil when it’s just a pet name in Telugu,” wrote an elated Nani in his social networking space.  

Nani added that he is in a state of trance and that he is happy about one of his dreams having come true.
