2013 has started with a Mega Hit Vishwaroopam , the only serious film, which strikes gold. Most of the other films, which have won the first half of this year are comedy films. 

      

Kanna Lattu Thinna Aasaiya, was an instant hit with the Power Star . Then Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga arrived and that too was a hit. Siva Karthikeyan and Suri have done a lot to entertain us throughout the film. Once again May 1st, two films were released simultaneously, Soodhu Kavvum and Ethir Neechchal, both were excellent comedy films and both got rave reviews too. Again Sivakarthikeyan, Sathish, Vijay Sethupathi, and Simha entertained us with their wonderful comedies. By the end of the first half, Santhanam got a film, that is Theeya Velai Seyyanum Kumaru. I believe, this TVSK is the first hit for Santhanam's solo comedy for this year . At last Thillu Mullu also released on the same day, that film too is a moderate hit. 

 

The first half of the year is fulfilled with comedy films, except Vishwaroopam.. Kamala Hasan, Vijay Sethupathy and Siva Karthikeyan achieved a lot in the first half the year 2013.

 

Now let us see the fate of Second half of the Year 2013. By the month of , July - Surya's Singham 2 , August - Vijay 's Thalaiva , September - Thala 53 , October - Kamal's Vishwaroopam 2, November - Super Star's Kochchadaiyaan and December - probably Vikram 's  I are expected for the release . All the films are Hero oriented subjects and fans are awaiting for the heroic entertainment from their beloved STARS . Let us wait and see which HERO  will be the winner at the end of this year.
