Suriya wonders at Ajith's guts, bold approach

Suriya and Ajith are known to be friends in real life and despite being reel life competitors, the two never fail to pat each other on the back. In a recent interaction to promote Singam 2, he was asked his opinion on Thala Ajith's daring act in Mankatha and Suriya was also praise for Ajith's salt 'n' pepper looks, performance and much more.

Suriya admitted that Ajith is someone who isn't averse to taking risks and that Mankatha was another such instance where Ajith had pushed the limits. Suriya had raised his brows in wonder looking at Ajith's guts and free-flowing act in Mankatha and though his performance in Vaali was equally rocking, Mankatha will always be special for Suriya as he enjoyed the movie thoroughly. He also said that he was happy that Mankatha managed to satisfy the huge hype.
