As usual, we had the good, the bad and the ugly as well. But, this slideshow focuses just on the positive and is intended as a tribute to the makers of all these lovely films and is in their order of release dates.

The year got off to a flying start thanks to this Santhanam - Powerstar starrer, which was popularly known as KLTA. Powerstar lived up to his fancy moniker and earned for himself a huge fan following thanks to his riotous antics. This is one of those rare movies where Santhanam had to share the limelight with another actor and the fans weren’t complaining one bit.
