Santhanam and Goundamani?

Santhanam will be playing the lead hero role in Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham (VPA) being directed by Srinath who has also acted as a comedian in quite a few films himself.

For this film, Santhanam is not taking any chances and is hitting the gym to get the perfect toned look needed for a hero and is getting trained in dance and fights too. His lady lead will be Ashna Zaveri and as a surprise package, there would be Solarstar Rajakumaran.

Santhanam always admits that Goundamani is his inspiration. He states that many directors have given the idea that he should team up with Goundamani for a film that would really roar with humor.

When asked about this, Santhanam confesses that it would be a great idea and if he comes across a double hero subject, he has plans to approach the Karagattakaran comedian. If the idea reaches fruition, it sure would be a carnival of sorts for comedy fans.
