Santhanam’s real-life encounter with a don

Santhanam and team wrapped up a schedule for Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham in Kadappa, Andhra Pradesh recently. The climax portion was canned there. But the most interesting part was how Santhanam managed to get permission for the shoot in Kadappa.
 

He had to get in touch with the local don who had the area under his control. The don apparently agreed but put forth a condition that the entire crew must have dinner with him some time.
 

After the shooting, the crew met the don in his palatial bungalow that, we hear gave an impression of a typical Telugu villain’s place. But, contrary to their appearances, the people there showered the crew with tons of love and the feast, most of all, had every possible dish one could think of.
 

Meanwhile, directed by Srinath, the next schedule of Vallavanukku Pullum Aayutham will happen at Kumbakonam, we hear.
