Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi’s maiden feature film Vanakkam Chennai is nearing its wrap-up, with the last schedule set to begin tomorrow, the 12th of July.

The team will shoot for the promo of the song ‘Chennai City Gangsta’ from tomorrow at Binny Mills, Chennai. The track features Hip Hop Thamizha Aadhi and Hard Kaur. Anirudh will also star in the promo and will shoot for the next two days for the same. The promo will be released during the audio launch of the film.
 

The last schedule for the film will follow the promo shoot. It will supposedly last for 10 days and Shiva, Priya Anand and Santhanam will be shooting all around Chennai in this schedule, say our sources close to the team.
 

Meanwhile, the music is expected to release in the end of July. Richard M Nathan is wielding the camera and TS Suresh is the editor. Udhayanidhi Stalin is funding the project under his banner, Red Giant Movies.
