Bharathiraja follows Kamal Haasan

Kamal Haasan’s move to release Vishwaroopam, a day ahead of its theatrical release, on DTH has resulted in a lot of controversy from Day 1. Ace director Bharathiraja though has been a staunch supporter of this move from the beginning.

 

He has said that filmmakers should always be open to new technologies and that he would also make such new attempts in his future films.

 

His current movie Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum is nearing completion and the audio launch of this movie would happen soon in Madurai. Bharathiraja recently visited Pazhani with his entire family to pray for the success of Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum.
