Kamal Haasan while recently explaining his proposed move to release Vishwaroopam on DTH a day earlier for 1000 rupees per connection, also spoke about the budget and other economics of his film.

Kamal has spent close to 95 crores for this film and is expecting the film to gross 150 crores as a safe prediction. He is directly releasing the film in Tamil Nadu across 400 screens. Totally, he expects a worldwide screen count of 2000 with 1200 screens allotted across the other Indian states.

January 11th is the theatrical release date of this much expected movie.
