Team Jilla is all active and on the go filming their project. The problems with the release in Thalaivaa had not affected the shooting of Jilla in any manner. Vijay has been professional enough, not to let it affect the progress of the shoot.
 

The team is currently shooting an action sequence in a studio at Saligramam, Chennai which is happening with full vigour. After the shoot today, they will be packing their bags to Hyderabad tomorrow (24^th August) to continue the filming there. The buzz is that Vijay is playing a police man in the movie.
 

Jilla is being directed by newcomer R.T Neason and will feature Vijay, Mohanlal and Kajal Aggarwal. R.B. Choudary is producing the movie under the Super Good Films banner. The movie is said to be hitting the screens in the early months of 2014.
