FEFSI's big plans

24,000 members of the Film Employees Federation of South India (FEFSI) have decided to take a procession on the 28^th of October 2013 to meet Chief Minister J Jayalalitha and hand over their demands. There are about 10 demands that the association wants the CM to intervene and do the needful.

Some of them are – to complete talks regarding the wage rise of workers of the small screen and big screen, to control video piracy, to complete the construction of houses in the plot gifted by the government and to take action against V C Guhanathan who had misappropriated funds, among other things. It has to be noted that director/actor Ameer is the President of FEFSI and Shiva is the General Secretary.
