It’s been a testing time for FEFSI and the struggle for a higher wage slab has not been approved yet. The union had earlier announced that they will not assist the small screen productions from the 10th of this month. But the Small Screen Producers’ Union had sent a letter to FEFSI requesting them not to proceed with the strike.
In a press release today, FEFSI has said that they are humbled by the support extended by the government employees, Small Screen Producers’ Union and Small Screen Directors’ Union. As a token of appreciation, FEFSI has called off the strike that was to begin tomorrow.
