Even after months of release (audio), Maattrraan is still hanging on to its place in the countdown. This colorful Russian style number has enjoyable visuals thanks to the dance movements of Suriya, Kajal and the Russian dancer. There are quite a few gibberish words, a dramatic opera section and neat accordion notes in this track.

This Russian style song (Ballerina baby) has been picturized well and has some nice dance moves from Suriya, Kajal and the Russian lady. Musically, the accordion at the start gives the song a naughty appeal and the peppy mood is maintained all through. Has a dramatic opera style chorus section in the second interlude.
