Great public curiosity surrounding Thara Thappattai !

Director Bala's next, after the critically acclaimed, Paradesi, Thara Thappattai is 75% done. The team is currently camping in Tanjore, and shooting scenes among the public. Despite security measures taken by the team, the eager spectators have still managed to take snaps and videos. With 20 days more of shoots left in Tanjore, the team will wrap up the schedule there by February.

 

We hear that totally there are 8 songs in the movie, including montage tracks. 3 songs have been shot so far. As Thara Thappattai is Ilaiyaraja's 1000th film, the team has planned a grand audio launch event to commemorate the event.
