The Queens unite !

For nearly a decade, Trisha and Nayantara together have ruled the roost in the Southern industry and their success, stature and fan following has become the benchmark of aspiration for every new actress entering the industry. 2013 was an indication of their crowd-pulling power where these two superstars enjoyed tremendous reception – Endrendrum Punnagai for Trisha and Raja Rani, Arrambam for Nayantara.

For the outside world the two were seen as direct competitors but a recent meeting enforced the friendship and warmth the two shared for each other. Trisha and Nayan got together and enjoyed an evening in the city. Trisha in particular seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed herself and called it an ‘epic night’ and posted a picture of her and Nayantara together.

2014 again is sure to be a bright year for the two stars as they have big releases queued up with Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal for Nayantara hitting screens on Valentine’s Day and Trisha’s Bhooloham gearing up for release soon.
