Manjapai makes 70% of Kochadaiiyaan

Manjapai, starring Vemal, Laksmi Menon and Rajkiran is a Naveen Raghavan directorial, about the relationship between a grandson and grandfather, who moves to the city from a village. Produced by Thirrupathi Brothers’ Lingusamy and Subash Chandrabose, the film opened well yesterday.
 

The makers of the film have now announced an interesting stat created by the movie. They claim that the film’s first day collection has equaled 70% of Kochadaiiyaan’s first day collection in the state.
 

This has made the producers and the entire team of Manjapai happy as expected.
