Jilla doesn't go the Thalaivaa way

The Ilayathalapathy Vijay starrer Jilla which is all set for a Pongal release is in the news again. We hear that the film will be mixed in the Auro 3D 11.1 format and select theaters would be screening this Auro 3D format. It must be noted that Vijay's previous release, Thalaivaa was mixed in Dolby Atmos, which is another state-of-the-art sound technology.

Of late, many Tamil movies have been resorting to such special sound mixing in an attempt to woo more audiences to theaters. Chennai theaters such as Sathyam and Mayajaal are at the forefront when it comes to installing Atmos and Auro 3D sound systems at their screens.
 

Vijay fans and ardent movie-goers now have one more reason to look forward to Jilla, thanks to this Auro 3D version.
