As the release of Jilla closes in, where does it stand?

As reported earlier, Vijay and Mohanlal starrer Jilla is being planned for a Pongal 2014 release and here are some exciting developments regarding the project. Our sources close to the team inform us that the unit is ready for their final schedule.

The team will supposedly begin their final schedule on 16^th November. The first three days of the schedule will happen in Chennai and the team will shift to Hyderabad to finish the rest. The film will be wrapped up around the first week of December say sources.
 

Directed by Neason, Jilla has music by Imman and cinematography by Natarajan Subramaniam. Kajal Aggarwal is pairing up with Vijay in this movie and RB Choudary’s Super Good Films is producing it. The distribution rights of the film have already been sold out, we hear and Mohanlal himself will be releasing the movie in Kerala.
