AR Murugadoss – Vijay project for Deepavali 2014?

With Jilla nearing its completion, Vijay is all set to move on to his next project with AR Murugadoss. The yet to be titled project is expected to go on floors immediately after Pongal. To be precise, the team is planning to begin their film between 15^th and 18^th January 2014.

Samantha will pair up opposite Vijay for the first time and comedian Satish will also do an important part in the movie. Composer Anirudh, cinematographer George C Williams and editor Sreekar Prasad have hopped on board.

The film will be jointly produced by Ayngaran International and Lyca Productions, we hear. It must be noted that Lyca Group, a leading telecom company, is venturing into cinema with this project. AR Murugadoss is planning to complete the shoot in 8 months and it is speculated that this film, like Thuppakki, could be a Deepavali treat.
