5 unique story lines for UTV

UTV announces the release of five Malayalam movies for which they would handle the theatrical distribution rights. The movies are as below.

1. Koothara:

Director - Srinath Rajendran

Starcast - Mohanlal, Sunny Wayne, Bharath, Madhurima Banerjee, Gauthami Nair, Janani Iyer & others

Release date - January 2014

2. Bicycle Thieves:

Director - Jisjoy

Starcast - Asif Ali, Aparna Gopinath, Aju Varghese & others

Release date - 28th November 2013

3. Pournami:

Director - Albey

Starcast - Sunny Wayne, Pournami, Baburaj, Sathar, Tovino Thomas & others

Release date - February 2014

4. Rasputin:

Director - Jinu G. Daniel

Starcast - Vinay Fort, Archana Gupta, Aju Varghese, Srinath Bhasi & others

Release date - December 2013

5. Nikkah:

Director - Azad Alavil

Starcast - Srinath Bhasi, Shekar Menon & others

Release date - January 2014

Mohanlal's Koothara directed by Srinath Rajendran is one of the most anticipated movies of the year.

It should be noted that UTV Motion Pictures had also handled the distribution of Mohanlal's 'Grandmaster' and the comedy film 'Husbands in Goa' which were grand successes in the box office.
