Director Hari is proving to be an effective captain. His impeccable planning is helping him finish his schedules for Singam 2 on time. Recently a schedule was planned in the Periyar Tiger Reserve, Thekkady.

For this purpose, Suriya was given a bungalow deep inside the forest. To reach the place, Suriya had to travel in a boat from Thekkady and drive another 24 kms into the deep woods. The forest department had issued a special permission for the actor to stay in the bungalow and had also provided him with a special jeep to travel through the forest.

But, recently a few forest officials have raised an alarm against the department for issuing this permission. They claim that for safety reasons, it has been banned to be in the Tiger reserve after 6 pm. So, the issue is now being looked into, by the state forest department.
