Arya in an Independence Day special interview, explained how to escape the bad story tellers. “There are so many aspiring film makers. One can judge if he is any good or not from the way he narrates his story,” starts Arya. But what does he do when the story is truly unbearable. The actor jovially comments that he would say he’ll bring a cup of tea for the director and escape the place.
 

But director Atlee didn’t have any such problems. When he narrated his Raja Rani script to Arya, the youngster kept the actor hooked to the seats throughout. “Atlee had the clarity and he narrated the story brilliantly,” He praised.
 

GV Prakash too agrees with Arya. “Among today’s youngster he’s a very promising talent. The moment I listened to the whole script I said I’m definitely doing this”, added the composer of the film.
 

AR Murugadoss, Fox Star Productions and The Next Big Films have jointly produced the venture. Talking about his producers, Atlee says that it was AR Murugadoss’ initial expression of excitement after listening to the script that kept him going. “After Murugadoss approved the script, he took me to the brand that we have been seeing since our childhood days, Fox Star Productions. I had to narrate the script in English. It was difficult, but they liked it,” smiles Atlee.
 

Raja Rani, Apart from Arya and Nayanthara, also stars Jai, Nazriya, Santhanam, Sathyaraj and Sathyan in the central roles. Santhanam’s character has supposedly been inspired from Rajinikanth and Sathyaraj plays the uber-cool dad of Nayanthara.
 

“Satyaraj looks so stylish in the film that at one point I had a doubt if he is doing my brother”, laughs Arya. The team also promises that the sequences involving Jai and Sathyan would be high on entertainment.
 

Meanwhile the Audio and Trailer launch of the film is happening on 23^rd August and the film is being planned to be released on 27^th September.
