2012’s hit Pizza, starring Vijay Sethupathy and Ramya Nambeesan, has been selected for the Norway Tamil Film Festival (NTFF), which is an annual affair. This year’s edition is set to happen between April 24 and 28. The director of the movie Karthik Subbaraj shared his happiness regarding this selection in his social networking page.

Another noted movie from last year, Balaji Tharaneetharan's Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom, starring Vijay Sethupathy and Gayathri, will also be competing for honours at this festival. 

NTFF was first held in the year 2010. The festival aims to increase the awareness about Tamil movies in Norway and also intends to act as a bridge between the Tamil and Norwegian film industries.

The list of movies selected for the festival was announced in Chennai recently. It must be noted that Pizza recently participated in the South Asian Film Festival in Paris as well.
