AJITH ROCKS THE DANCE MOVES FOR 'THALA 56'

Ajith's upcoming film with director Siva, 'Thala 56', had its first schedule canned in Chennai recently. About 15% of the film was shot, including Ajith's intro song and a few comedy scenes. The intro number is said to feature all the artistes acting in the film, and Ajith is reported to have delivered a really good dance performance under Shobi's choreography. This would be a 'pooja bhajan' like peppy song.

 

The first schedule was done in sets erected in Chennai and this was a warm-up schedule for the team before the second schedule which is likely to be shot in Kolkata. Kolkata would be the major scene of action and the story revolves around a Tamizhan in the city. A small part of the film would also be shot abroad.

 

'Thala 56' is being designed as a 'pakka' entertainer and the team is eyeing a Diwali release this year. Anirudh, Vetri and Ruben complete the technical crew in this A.M.Rathnam production.
