WHAT IF VIJAY AND SURIYA DO IT FOR 'THALA 56' ?

Yesterday (May 26), the first look poster of Salman Khan’s Bhajrangi Bhaijaan was released through Twitter. The poster was also shared by the so-called rivals of Sallu Bhai - two of India’s most adorned superstars of alltime, Shahrukh Khan and Aamir Khan.

This sure is a rarity in the Indian film industry and it sounds very healthy. We might also see more such promotional acts going forward.

Our wildest of imagination made us think on how it would be, if the superstars from the South lend a helping hand to one another when it comes to the promotions of their films.

For example, take Ajith Kumar, who doesn’t involve himself in any kind of promotional activities for his films and also doesn’t have a Twitter handle. Just imagine how exhilarating it would be to see the first look poster of an Ajith film (say Thala 56) being shared by his biggest competitors, Vijay and Suriya, through their respective social forums. The kind of frenzy and goodwill it would create would be historical ... Will it ever happen !!
