7 FACETS THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT VIJAY’S PULI…

We had reported a week back that the shoot portions of one of the most anticipated films of the year, Puli, have been completed.

If you are one of those who is waiting badly to catch a glimpse of this fantasy fun ride from the stable of Chimbudevan, here are some interesting facets you would want to know:

1. The film was completely shot in a timeframe of 140 to 150 days in total - (huge numbers compared to all recent Vijay films)

2. Puli was shot at places like Chennai, Thalakonam, Kerala, Krabi and Cambodia.

3. The budget is over 100 crores and it is still piling on even now.

4. 5 songs have been shot totally, and a title track, theme track are expected too.

5. First look and audio release dates have not been planned yet while there are talks that the makers are planning for a mid-August release (possibly Wednesday, August 12 for a 5 day weekend)

6. Though a fantasy ride, Puli will apparently have some breathtaking stunt scenes making it an action packed roller coaster ride.

7. One of those rare Vijay films which gives importance to graphics, a major chunk of the CG work in Puli needs to be completed.
