Cool chemistry on the sets of 144

Produced by C.V.Kumar's Thirukumaran Entertainment, the film 144, directed by Manikandan is going ahead in full throttle with back to back shoot schedules. It is reported that 30% of the shooting is over and the team is very happy with the way the film has come out till now.

When our Behindwoods Correspondent spoke to Ashok Selvan about what is happening at the sets he said, "I am having a lot of fun in Madurai. The food and people here make me want to settle here". Ashok Selvan is playing a car racer in the film and about the shooting progress, he said, "We are yet to start the stunt sequences and I can't wait. We are planning to start the 'daring' acts of car racing by March 2nd in the outskirts of Madurai".

The team is likely to stay in Madurai for 25 days more and is planning to head back to Chennai by the first week of April for the final schedule. With regard to managing a good chemistry with both his on-screen partners, Shiva and Shruthi, he said, "Yes, Shiva and me are there in many sequences in the film and we can't get cooler with the 'Chemistry'. Shruthi is my love interest in the film and no one else can be a better fit for this role. Overall I am having a lot of fun in the sets".

He also said, "Oviya is playing the love interest of Shiva. I am also having a tough time managing Madurai slang with these folks (laughs)."

With music composed by Sean Roldan and lyrics by Kabilan, it is said that the song composition has also started.
