A director with a very unique touch and one whose films have an undeniable aesthetic appeal, Gautham Menon celebrates his 42nd birthday today. Recently, the director teamed up with Ajith for Yennai Arindhaal to complete his police trilogy. The film has been met with good response, particularly in the urban centers.

Gautham is one who is equally comfortable with portraying romance and action, and his films stand testimony to this fact. He has now resumed his long-pending film with Simbu and is also expected to join hands with Vikram soon.
