Mirchi Shiva has proved adept at tickling the funny bone with his performances in Chennai 600028, Saroja and Tamil Padam and he promises to do so again with Sundar C's next film where Vimal, Anjali and Oviya are his co-stars. But now he is ready to move on and try his hand at direction.

According to early reports, it is based on a prediction made by the Mayan calendar according to which the world will end in 2012. A superhero will rise and his role in saving the world from its foretold demise forms the rest of the plot. The film will have great entertainment value, the makers feel. The hunt is on for the heroine and the rest of the cast and crew.
