A new beginning tomorrow for Udhayanidhi and team

Udhayanidhi Stalin seems to be a happy man as his second release as a hero, Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal has opened very well across the state. He has been tweeting about how the film's collections are increasing thanks to the patronage from family audiences.

His next movie as a hero, Nanbenda, again with Nayanthara and Santhanam for company, will kick off tomorrow in Kumbakonam. Harris Jayaraj and Balasubramaniem will continue in their respective capacities as composer and cinematographer respectively.

This film will again be a family entertainer with comedy, sentiments and romance. Udhay intends to stick to the 'family movie' genre as he knows that the 'boy next door' image works well for him.
