Superstar Shahrukh Khan's next in Tamil

Shahrukh Khan, the Baadshah of Bollywood, enjoys undisputed popularity down South too and this was witnessed during the recent audio launch of Kochadaiyaan as well, when the audience and the Tamil film industry were totally floored by the King Khan's charisma and presence.

 

On the film front, after his career best hit Chennai Express last year, SRK is getting ready with Farah Khan's mass entertainer Happy New Year which would be a Diwali release. SRK is producing the movie under his Red Chillies banner and the film also features other stars like Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan and Boman Irani.

 

Happy New Year will be released in Tamil and Telugu too, in addition to its Hindi version and Yash Raj Films will be distributing the movie all over the world. Given SRK's global fan following, Happy New Year is expected to smash all prior box-office records. Audiences in Tamil Nadu can also enjoy the movie in their native language, just like the Tamil dubbed version of Chennai Express.
