Exclusive: More mesmerizing music ahead from Ilayaraja and Bala

We have already reported about ace director Bala's next film, apparently based on the 'Karagattam' dance form. Sasikumar is touted to play the lead role in the movie, which will also have two heroines.

 

Now there is a major change in this film's crew as G.V.Prakash who was earlier supposed to compose music, isn't a part of the film anymore. 

 

Director Bala has decided to use the services of the legendary Ilayaraja for this film, as the senior composer is a proven force when it comes to traditional Tamil music, which is exactly what is required for this film. Raja Senior will be using traditional folk artists from the state, for the music of the film.

 

Bala and Ilayaraja have already conjured magic in films such as Sethu, Pithamagan and Naan Kadavul. Bala has also worked with the likes of Yuvan and G.V.Prakash, in some of his recent films.
