Maari picks the oldest neighborhood

Ever since the first look of Maari was released, Dhanush has had all the spotlight in K-Town. He was recently spotted in Isai’s audio launch function along with Ilayathalapathy Vijay and he also graced the audio launch function of his very own movie Anegan. Anegan's songs have been met with some positive feedback all over with ‘Danga Maari’ turning out to be a sensation already.

We had earlier reported that Dhanush and Kajal began shooting for Maari near T.Nagar, Chennai, in the first week of November. The team has wrapped up the first schedule in style.

Now the latest we hear is that Dhanush and the team are likely to start the second schedule of Maari from the 20^th of November and it is likely to be a 10 day long one. Director Balaji Mohan picks the oldest neighbourhood of Chennai, Triplicane for this schedule. The team will particularly be shooting in the streets of Triplicane for three days in this 10 day time-frame. The pretty lady Kajal is expected to join this schedule mid-way by the 25^th of November.
