Priya Anand along with Vemal and Sathish in a train

We had reported earlier that director Kannan has roped in Vemal for his upcoming movie. The latest news is that Priya Anand has been taken on board to play the female lead. 

The actress will play the role of an educated girl who hails from Madurai and is clear in what she wants.

The first half of the movie will be set in a train and will feature Vemal, Priya Anand and Sathish. The second half will be shot completely in Thoothukudi. The movie will be produced by Michael Rayappan in first copy basis.

The movie will be a typical Kannan style family entertainer and the shoot is expected to kick off by the end of February.
