“We are doing this for Vijay”- GV Prakash

Saivam is the upcoming project from director Vijay and his team. The director is producing the movie under his new production house, Think Big Studios. Starring Baby Sara in the lead, the movie is being shot at Karaikudi. We now hear that the film is nearing its wrap up with just 10 more days of shooting left. 

 

The highlight of the project is that the director, his composer GV Prakash and the cinematographer, Nirav Shah are working without taking any remuneration for it. While talking to Behindwoods, the composer reasoned, “We are doing this for Vijay. Its for the love and faith we have in the director. He gave me a chance to work with Ajith in my second film. Since then we share a great rapport. Saivam is the sign of our friendship.”

 

He added, “Other than that, Saivam has a great subject and it introduces a bunch of extremely talented kids. Unnikrishnan’s daughter has sung a full length song in this film and she might even win a National Award for it.”
