Vijay Sethupathy’s Rummy- release plans…

Idharkuthaane Aasaipattai Balakumara is doing wonders at the BO as expected and Vijay Sethupathy is gearing up to surprise the audience yet again with his next project. Director Balakrishnan's Rummy is ready already. JSK Film Corporation, who distributed Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara has gotten hold of the film. Talking to Behindwoods, the elated director said, “Sony has bought the audio rights and we are planning to release the music in the second half of October. Imman has given extraordinary music as usual.”
 

About the film, he says, “Vijay Sethupathy doesnt pick a script unless it is new. That said, Rummy has a very strong story and screenplay. The overall product has come out brilliantly and I’m eager to show it to the people. We are planning for a November release and I hope it goes as per plan.”

 

Rummy also has Soori, Inigo Prabhakaran, Gayathri and Ishwarya in central roles. “Inigo Prabhakaran has a meaty role and after the release, he will be the talk of the town. In the future, filmmakers will approach him with more performance oriented and intense roles. On the other hand, Ishwarya signed this film first and Pannaiyaarum Padminiyum makers roped her in after coming to know of her talent. She has beautiful eyes and thats her biggest plus. There are a lot of close ups in the film focussing her eyes,” adds Balakrishnan.
