Madha Gaja Raja, the commercial entertainer starring Vishal, Anjali and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar was set for release tomorrow the 6^th of September 2013. However, due to reasons concerning with trade and finances, the release of the movie has been postponed. 

The theaters have stopped pre-booking for the film and the people who had already bought tickets will be refunded. The situation is the same in neighboring Kerala too, as distributors have cancelled bookings across all the 60 theaters which were set to screen Madha Gaja Raja. 

However, Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam, which has Sivakarthikeyan in the lead, will be released tomorrow as already planned. The absence of Madha Gaja Raja is expected to give VVS a little more space in terms of box-office collections.
 

It should be noted that Arya Surya will be released on Saturday, the 7^th of September. The movie features Dr. Srinivasan (Power Star) and is directed by Rama Narayanan. T Rajendhar will appear in a song with Mumaith Khan.
 

The release date of Madha Gaja Raja has not been finalized yet and an official confirmation is yet to be received. Stay tuned!!!
