Gandhi is not a saint- Kamal
Jul 16, 2013 Shruti's career is slowly catching up with back to back hits in Telugu and upcoming releases in Hindi. Papa Kamal is obviously elated about her achievements and mentioned that he is proud of Shruti's success. "Though we are too busy doing our own things, I would love to act with her in a movie if time permits," Kamal was quoted as saying.
An ardent believer of Gandhi's principles, Kamal stated that he is uncomfortable portraying him as a saint. "He was an ordinary man and he worked hard for the nation. That is how he should be viewed and that is what I stressed in Hey Ram," he added. Kamal's Viswaroopam 2 is due for release soon. First look and posters were released in the recently concluded IIFA awards in Macau.
