Director Vikraman - One of Ajith's selected 10
Sep 02, 2013 Director Vikraman is known for his family-based movies which are ripe with sentiment, drama and good values. He had delivered many blockbusters in the 90s and one such film was Unnidathil Ennai Koduthen, starring Roja, Karthik and Ajith in a special appearance.
In a recent tête-à-tête, Vikraman said that Ajith was very fond of him and even did a guest appearance in his assistant Rajakumaran's Nee Varuvaai Ena, based just on his suggestion. Ajith didn't even inquire about his role in the movie or the story-line and acceded to his part in Nee Varuvaai Ena, as he had so much faith and trust in Vikraman's judgement.
Vikraman shared another interesting episode surrounding Ajith's wedding. Ajith had invited just around 10 guests for his wedding at Park Sheraton and Vikraman was one of those few selected guests. Ajith personally requested Vikraman to attend the wedding but the director couldn't make it due to some personal reasons.
