GORI TERE PYAAR MEIN SONGS REVIEW

This is a power packed track with vivacious Mika Singh and Mamta Sharma’s voice. The track has everything which is needed for an impactful Punjabi number.  The promo of the song already created waves all over the country and this song sure will rock the charts this year!

The energy continues with the second track in the album where Shankar Mahadevan and Shalmali Kholgade join the fun times. The singers take over the composition and Vishal-Shekhar make sure that it doesn’t lose the energy in terms of orchestration.

A typical track representing the new age party atmosphere with the ideal mix of trance music with desi lyrics.  The tremendous energy is carried along throughout with ease and the singers do the right justice on the track.

The album gets a new turn with this laid back melody sung brilliantly by the veteran Indipop singer Kamal Khan and Neeti Mohan.  The track is wonderfully carried out by the vocalists and the orchestra is adequately used.  The interludes have a retro feel with usage of harmonica and great string section as well.  Neeti Mohan complements with perfection and gives the song a breezy feel.

The track begins with a feel good guitar base and Nitesh Kadam’s voice is absolutely fresh giving the track a novel touch.  Good orchestration and an upbeat orchestration make this track a winner!

A fun filled track replete with many musical instruments and packed with foot tapping rhythm.  Sukhwinder Singh sings his usual best yet again and the track goes with confidence as it progresses by.  The folkish Punjabi flavor is evident in the track and makes it a good hearing. Sanah Moidutty does a good job for a challenging song like this.

The remix of the original track in the album is done fairly well – making it a vivacious track with trance flavor.

While the original is purely desi styled track, the remix version is done like a fusion with Bollywood music with Hip Hop in right proportions.  However, the track is over loaded with too many layers of loops thereby making it a confused hearing.

The album comes to an end with a mashup track of all the songs from the film done in the background of Techno music.  This track also has too many loop layers which make it a troubled hearing but it goes on in fluid ease as it progresses by.
