It is said that two top directors in Kollywood have expressed their desire to remake Aamir Khan’s production venture Delhi Belly in Tamil. But trade analysts feel whether it could withstand the strict Censor Board rules adhered here.
It is felt that too much of ‘adults only’ language has been used in the film and the Censor Officials in this part of the country may want all that to be muted, to say the least. However, the feasibility of remaking this film in Tamil is being worked out.
Delhi Belly is directed by Abhinay Deo and stars Aamir’s nephew Imran Khan and Shenaz Treasurywala in lead roles.
