No it's not a spelling mistake the movie is called 'doo’. The director seems to say that the movie is nonchalant and doesn’t take itself seriously. Doo is the doo you used when you were a kid to tell a friend that you were pissed and probably not talk to him / her for a while.

Obviously, the movie is a love story with a bunch of debut actors. Sanjay, Nakshathra, Manasa, Urvasi, Rajesh, Jegan, Jeeva play significant roles with Mayil Samy filling the comedy portions. Doo is directed by Sriram and produced by R.Gunasekaran and K.N.Aadhinarayanan.

Sriram is hopeful that his movie will gain popularity among the college going youngsters because his focus is on love during the college days. He says the movie has a healthy mix of everything a youngster would want to see in a movie.

Doo’s music is by Abishek and the songs, released recently, will hopefully be popular after the movie’s release.
