Actual Ending

While Kundavi (played by Jyothika) imagines her husband Gautham (played by Suriya) to be all cozy and 'in love' with his ex girlfriend Aishwarya (played by Bhumika Chawla) for one day, Gautham hands over a letter to Kundavi written by Aishwarya. The letter says how much Gautham loves Kundavi and the film ends with the happily-ever-after couple.

Alternate Ending

How about Kundavi imagining the entire love story written by Gautham in his diary and the scenario post that, till the end of the film? And she approaches Gautham with the diary in the end seeking an explanation and fearing an unimaginable answer. After a small pause, she hands over the book to Gautham and he says, ''Hey, I wrote that piece for a novel during my college days. It's been so long since I read that. Where did you find this book? This is awesome :)''
