''PLEASE STOP THIS HATRED'' - APPEALS VENKAT PRABHU

Director Venkat Prabhu's latest outing with Suriya, Masss (Massu) released on May 29 and the film has entered the 2nd week of its run, holding on to most of its shows. The final verdict on the film isn't clear yet, and movie buffs have been polarized in their opinions.

 

The film has also resulted in an online war of sorts among fans of Suriya, Ajith and Vijay due to certain references in the film, which were intended in a lighthearted, enjoyable way in trademark Venkat Prabhu style, but interpreted personally by emotional fans. A hashtag was also trending nationally yesterday night, in this regard.

 

The director took to Twitter to address this and to try to stop this once and for all. 

 

Guys!! Please stop this hatred!! At the end of the day we all one family!! entertainers!! So leave this hatred and start enjoying cinema!
