A folk tune stripped to an acoustic set gives an intimate feel to Yugabharathi’s lyrics and Krishnaraj's vocals fall into place nicely. There is a temptation to bring in the percussions every now and then but NR Raghunanthan limits their presence.

It could be either SPB’s voice or the rhythm, or both, which bring back fond memories of Raja’s best. This song could have easily fitted into any of the village based subjects from the late 80s. Still, the performance and the friendly melody make this listenable.

A sprightly jive composition with the onus set on the vocal performances from a young bunch of singers. While the kids sound like they've had a lot of fun, the tune is passable.

NR Raghunanthan finds himself in his strong zone where he dishes out soft but perky folk melodies and the singers Hariharasudhan and Vandana Srinivasan sound pleasant. However the composer's move to line up instrumental solos one after the other takes away some of the vocal melody's impact.

Another tune that's quite typical of NR Raghunanthan's brand of folk. The guitar chords add a nice texture to the soft percussions and the melody tests singer Karthik but he pulls through without being stretched much.
